Will I be able to order the pins if I missed the campaign?

Yes! The pins will be available after the campaign through Backerkit’s preorder shop for a limited time, once the project is fulfilled completely, any remaining stock will be listed at pokettoni.com/ryis

My country cannot be selected for shipping, why?

Due to complex shipping laws in the UK and European Union, we cannot offer shipping to these countries at this point in time. Supporters from the UK however, will be able to purchase any remaining stock through the Pokettoni Etsy when the campaign has been completely fulfilled.

How do i know if i qualify for the free mini pins?

If you back both my Midnight Magica campaign, as well as my collaboration partner Bunccino’s Little Angel Couriers campaign then as long as both campaigns initial goals succeed you’ll be able to receive both mini pins for free! This will be automatically added to your cart.

There's a combination of pins i want that's not listed, what do i do?

You can add additional pins through add-ons when you pledge, please make sure to select the pledge level closest to your desired outcome, then select any additional pins you’d like to add to your purchase through the add-on’s option.

Depending on the issue, you may want to reach out to specific sections of customer service.

If you have technical issues related to the Backerkit website itself, please reach out to [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

However, if your question is regarding product details, any clarification on information listed on the campaign page or problems with your survey/order, please reach out to [email protected]. Please include your email associated with backerkit and include the campaign’s name so i can look up information quicker and get back to you faster.

What is your return policy?

if the item has not been shipped, you can reach out for a refund of your order. i do ask that you be mindful that the project is only able to be funded by your pledges so please be considerate when requesting a cancellation.

if your order has already been shipped and there is an issue, please email my fulfillment manager at [email protected] with your email associated with backerkit AND the campaign name in the subject of your email or somewhere in the title. We will gladly replace any missing or damaged items thank you.

When will my order be shipped?

The estimated shipping date for orders is October to November of 2025, however these days might change depending on delays in manufacturing, defect checks and other various unaccounted issues that might arise.

When will my card be charged for add-ons and shipping?

Initial pledges will be collected immediately, however orders will be locked and cards will be charged for both add-ons AND shipping around one week after samples are shown, please keep an eye out for updates in your email and the campaign itself!

I only received one of my mini pins in my order

Bunccino and I fulfill our orders separately, with the Midnight Magica campaign you should receive the “Delivery friend” (The little seagull) mini pin with your order, while your order from Bunccino will have the “Stardust” mini pin!

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
